Most orders are shipped with USPS, and some larger and longer haul deliveries go via Fedex. Contact me for expedited or special shipping. I can accommodate most requests. The longer the distance from New York, the longer it takes to arrive.
Local pickup is available. Please contact us for a convenient time to pick up your order.
Bridges Pottery is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Bridges Pottery is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Bridges Pottery you are still responsible for all original shipping charges.
I pack my work so that there is very little chance of any breakage. If something does defy the numbers - and arrives damaged, If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please contact Bridges Pottery via email within five days. We will handle the claim with the shipping carrier and arrange sending a replacement out to you free of charge as soon as possible. Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified. The shipping carrier may want to collect and inspect the damage prior to approving a claim.
Each piece is inspected by hand for flaws before it leaves the studio. All of Bridges Pottery is handmade, and slight variation in clay or glaze color, texture, finish and size are to be expected and are not considered flaws. These hope minor irregularities contribute to the over-all uniqueness and beauty of each handmade piece.

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact Bridges Pottery to arrange a return.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, we regret Bridges Pottery cannot offer refunds. All sales are final on seconds, custom designed or custom glazed work, and sale items. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be unused, in the original packaging and same condition you received it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Bridges Pottery and Bridges Pottery is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs when return shipping, so pack the items well include insurance.
If you decide that what you purchased isn't right for you, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. You will need to ship it back within 14 days at your expense in the original condition and I will either ship you a replacement piece or issue a credit.
Returns are not accepted for custom work, special glazing, sale items or seconds.
